With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Susan’s journey began as a hairstylist in 2004 before mastering lash artistry over 10 years and permanent makeup artistry for 7 years. As the founder and lead educator of a professional Lash academy, she combines hands-on expertise with a Business Management degree from the University of Lethbridge and professional experience in Human Resources. This unique background allows her to bring strong leadership, clear communication, and a deep understanding of client care into every training program.

Susan has invested countless hours and significant resources training with some of the most respected and internationally recognized educators in the beauty industry. This dedication has shaped her into both a highly skilled artist and an empowering mentor. Through her Lash academy, students benefit from her ability to break down advanced techniques with clarity, instill confidence, and share the proven systems she uses to deliver consistent 5-star client experiences.
