With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Susan’s journey began as a hairstylist in 2004 before mastering lash artistry (10 years) and permanent makeup artistry (7 years). Backed by a Business Management degree from the University of Lethbridge and professional experience in Human Resources, she brings leadership, communication, and a deep understanding of client care into her training.

Susan has invested countless hours and significant resources training with some of the most respected and internationally recognized educators in the beauty industry. This dedication has shaped her into both a highly skilled artist and an empowering mentor.
