FAQ Policy

All Services requires a deposits to secure your appointment. It is non-refundable and goes towards the cost of your service. This must be paid at the time of booking and each service details the deposit amount.

When you forget to inform us of cancellation/rescheduling without giving reasonable notice it is unfair to other customers; we strive to provide excellent customer service by best accommodating our valued clients.

48 hours notice must be given for Eyelash Extensions, Lash Lift and Microblading Services. If you do not email us, you forfeit your deposit for your appointment and will not receive the service treatment

1 Week Notice is required for Eyelash Extensions Training because it is a 2 day course. Failure to do so will incur $300 nonrefundable charge

2 Weeks Notice is required for Eyebrow Training because it is a 3-4 day course. Failure to do so will incur 100% payment of the course

100% charge for the full procedure service cost will be enforced

A deposit is required to secure your spot. This is going towards your kit and it is non-refundable.

Remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the course. Once the full amount has been paid, it is non-refundable and non-transferrable
